Return/Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
Digital products do not have a return/refund policy. If you have an issue with your downloads, please contact the vendor and/or support.


Returns
Depending on the Vendor’s policy, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once the vendor receives your item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified that YNS Directory or Vendor has received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card.
You will receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on the payment processor’s policies.
No refunds for sale items.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
