Strippers United was formed in 2018 and was formerly known as Soldiers of Pole. We are a non-profit organization, dedicated to supporting strippers in regards to their labor rights.  We educate the community, provide legal support, give mutual aid and have helped unionize two strip clubs in the US.

We believe that sex work is work, that sex work should be decriminalized and that sex workers should be at the table when laws and rules are being made that involve us.  We believe strippers and sex workers should be at the writing tables also, for music videos that depict us, for movies, television and stories written about us.

Strippers United members practice anti-racism and believe that there is no room for racism, transphobia, homophobia or whorephobia of any kind in our spaces and work places.
